Uppsala Antibiotic Center (UAC) is a center for research, education, innovation & awareness founded by Vice-Chancellor Eva Åkesson in 2015 to bring together, stimulate and support important research on antibiotic resistance from all three disciplinary domains at Uppsala University: Medicine and Pharmacy, Science and Technology, and Humanities and Social Sciences.

THE AMR STUDIO PODCAST

Learn with us in this podcast dedicated to highlighting the multidisciplinary research on antimicrobial resistance that is happening around the world. Formatted around interviews with professionals working in all aspects of the topic, we aim to bring the global and trans-sectorial nature of the quest against antimicrobial and antibiotic resistance to anyone with an interest.

Another two years have passed and thanks to the incredible work of the students and faculty at UAC, we continue to be a consistent contributor to the field of AMR. To demonstrate our progress, we have published another biennial report for the 2020-2021 period which outlines the successes and accomplishments of the center and all those involved.
